THE COUNSEL OF THE LORD…
If I stop to think before I speak, I won’t have to worry about what I said. Carve your name on hearts, not on marble.
Therefore,
To your enemy, forgiveness.
To an opponent, tolerance.
To a friend, your heart.
To a customer, service.
To all people, love.
To every child, a good example.
To yourself, respect.
“Listen to counsel and receive instruction, that you may be wise in your latter days. There are many plans in a man’s heart, nevertheless the Lord’s counsel–that will stand.” Proverbe 19:20-21
Dr. Daniel O. C., Bishop AEGA
“When they had seen Him, they spread the word concerning what had been told them about this Child.” Luke 2:17
The good news of Jesus brings hope to those who are lost, light to those in darkness, joy to those in despair. It offers real transformation to the person who is caught in addiction, disillusioned by materialism or seeking purpose and direction. We share the Gospel, because we have experienced the truth and power for ourselves, and we know, personally, the “Author and Perfecter,” so we have confidence in the Gospel’s transformative power on others.
This Christmastime and beyond, let us follow the example set by the angels and shepherds. Let us use every opportunity and every means possible to spread the word about who Jesus is while showing people where they can find Him, so that they too can have a saving, personal relationship with the living Christ. It’s not just good news–it’s the best news. LET’S SHARE IT. General Brian Peddle, Salvation Army
HOW TO SERVE GOD IN FAITHFULNESS
Dr. Daniel O. C.
Service was never intended as a substitute for a godly life. True service is love for Christ in working clothes.
David had a sling.
Dorcas had a needle.
Rahab had a string.
Mary had some ointment.
Moses had a rod.
Have you some small talents you can dedicate to God?
Deuteronomy 7:9 “Therefore, know that the Lord your God, He is God, the faithful God who keeps covenant and mercy for a thousand generations with those who love Him and keep His commandments.”
Excuses of Moses:
- Personal unfitness Exodus 3:10-11
- Feared the unbelief of the people. Exodus 4:1
- Lack of eloquence. Exodus 4:10
- Requested that some other leader be sent. Exodus 4:13
God promised Moses help.
- The divine Presence Exodus 3:12
- Given divine authority Exodus 3:13-14
- Divine empowerment Exodus 4:2-8
- Promised human co-operation Exodus 4:14-16
KEEP A CLEAR CONSCIENCE BEFORE GOD!
“If with heart and soul you’re doing good, do you think you can be stopped? Even if you suffer for it, you’re still better off. Don’t give the opposition a second thought. Through thick and thin, keep your hearts at attention, in adoration before Christ, your Master. Be ready to speak up and tell anyone who asks why you’re living the way you are, and always with the utmost courtesy. Keep a clear conscience before God so that when people throw mud at you, none of it will stick. They’ll end up realizing that they’re the ones who need a bath. It’s better to suffer for doing good, if that’s what God wants, than to be punished for doing bad. That’s what Christ did definitively; suffered because of others’ sins, the Righteous One for the unrighteous ones. He went through it all–was put to death and then made alive–to bring us to God.

A RADICAL IDEA!
“A new commandment I give unto you, that ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.” John 13:34-35
Notice Jesus said, “Love others as He has loved us.” Here is a radical idea: what if loving others starts with being willing to ask God to show us how much He loves us?
What if loving others starts with receiving, not achieving? Trusting instead of trying? For us to love people as God does, we must first learn how much God loves us.
“We love God because He loves us first” (I John 4:19).

GOD IS ABLE AND WILLING TO HEAL YOU
Joseph Prince
“Suddenly, a man with leprosy approached HIm and knelt before Him. “Lord,” the man said, “if You are willing, You can heal me and make me clean.” Jesus reached out and touched him. “I am willing,” He said. “Be healed!” And instantly the leprosy disappeared. Matthew 8:2-3 NLT
Once there was a man with leprosy who came to Jesus saying, “Lord, if You are willing, You can make me clean.” This man didn’t have a problem believing that Jesus had the ability and power to heal him. He just wasn’t sure if Jesus was willing to do it for him.
Jesus answered the man by touching him and saying, “I am willing Be healed.”
What did Jesus say? “I am willing.” Did He just say it and do nothing? No, He stretched forth His hand to the man and restored the afflicted man to wholeness.
Truly, God wants you to know that He is both able and willing to heal you,. Start to realize and believe that He wants you healed more than you want to be healed!
PARTY ON GOD!
One of the great truths revealed in the story of the prodigal son is that the prodigal son is that the gospel is not about our past but our present and future. The happiest person at the party wasn’t the newly restored and forgiven son but his father. The critical, faultfinding brother missed the homecoming celebration because he was busy working for what the Prodigal was receiving and experiencing freely through his father’s unconditional love.
Legalism blinds and distorts the true nature and character of God. It is only love that unveils the heart of God and can change the hearts of those who choose to trust in God’s love for themselves. Don’t miss out on what God has for you because of guilt and shame from your past. Why remember what God has forgotten?
“For I will forgive their wickedness and will remember their sins no more” (Hebrews 8:12).
“God does not treat us as our sins deserve or repay us according to our iniquities” (Psalm 103:10).
WHERE DO YOU KEEP YOUR PROBLEMS?
If you keep your problems in your head, you will run mad. If you keep your problems in your heart, you will have a heart attack. If you keep your problems in your mouth, you will become too talkative. If you keep your problems in your house, you will have a broken home. If you keep your problems to yourself, you will die with them. If you keep your problems with your friends, they will create more problems for you. If you ignore your problems, you will only be prolonging the evil days. If you disclose your problems to your friends, you may be mocked. If you share it with your family, you may be disrespected. If you share your problems with your face, you may look ugly. If you disclose your problems in the office, they may be spread. If you keep your problems in your bed, you may have nightmares. If you take your problems to school, you will surely fail. If you take your problems to satan, you will surely regret.
WHY NOT PUT YOUR PROBLEMS IN A BAG AND HANG IT ON THE CROSS OF JESUS CHRIST? CHARISGLOBALVISION@DICC.ORG
DON’T WORRY–PRAY
Philippians 4:6-7 “Don’t fret or worry. Instead of worrying, pray. Let petitions and praises shape your worries into prayers, letting God know your concerns. Before you know it, a sense of God’s wholeness, everything coming together for good, will come and settle you down. It’s wonderful what happens when Christ displaces worry at the center of your life. The Message Bible
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO “Cast down Imaginations?”
By Ed Elliot
“Casting down imaginations and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; and having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled”
(2 Corinthians 10:5-6).
Simply put, if it doesn’t line up with who God is then stop thinking or meditating on those thoughts. Paul tells believers to bring these rogue thoughts into the obedience of Jesus because Jesus said, “When you see me, you see the father “(John 14:9). Jesus is the knowledge of God. If what we believe about God does not line up with the character of Jesus, we should take hold of that false view and cast it down. It is an imagination that should no longer haunt or deceive us ever again. Because the way we view or see God determines the quality of the relationship we have with Him. If our perception of God is inconsistent with whom Jesus portrayed Him to be, then we are worshiping a false image of God. If we are worshiping a false idol, not the true God, our lives will be in turmoil.
Knowing Jesus prepares us to reject the false views about God religion tries to make us believe.
Psalm 23:6 “Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life…”
The Shepherd goes before the sheep and the sheep follow Him. When you follow or pursue Him, the Good Shepherd, His goodness and mercy and all the blessings you need in life will follow after you!
Don’t pursue the blessings. Pursue Jesus, the blesser. As you pursue Him, you don’t have to be concerned about the blessing because they will follow after you! The Hebrew translation of Psalm 23:6 is much stronger and more aggressive. It literally says, “Surely goodness and mercy shall HUNT ME DOWN all the days of my life!”
YOUR ANSWER IS FOUND IN THE PERSON OF JESUS
ANDREW WOMMACK
“The God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory…give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power.”
Ephesians 1:17-19
The solution to all your problems can be found in the person of Jesus. If you are worried about your daily provisions, see Jesus as your provider–the One who multiplied five loaves and two small fish to feed more than 5,000 people with 12 baskets full of leftovers. If you need wisdom for a particular situation, see Jesus as your wisdom–the One who always has the right answer and response to every challenge. And know that He is in you and with you to guide you in your decision-making.
SHALOM! (peace)
The Hebrew Lexicon describes “shalom” as completeness, safety, soundess (in body), welfare, health, prosperity, peace, quiet, tranquility, contentment, peace used of human relationships, peace with God, especially in our covenant relationship and peace from war.
This is the shalom that Jesus has bequeathed you! All these are part or your inheritance in Christ today.
Joseph Prince
Proverbs 14:30 NIV “A heart at peace gives life to the body.”
John 14:27 “Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.”

THE SECRET TO BEING A TESTIMONY FOR GOD’S GLORY
By Andrew Wommack
-
Catch the life-transforming revelation that as Jesus is, so are you
-
Understand your identity as a “King-priest” in Christ.
-
Behold Jesus in all His perfection–His regality, servanthood, humility, and grace–and be transformed into His image.
-
Allow the Holy Spirit to direct you in your daily affairs.
People of the world expect a high moral standard from us–and they should! Live out the victorious, glorious life that God has called you to live when you recognize who you truly are in Christ!
NO LONGER THE DEVIL’S TOY
They said I would never make it– a failure I would be
With scars from a life that had gone wrong
My life to the devil I gave that left without a song
A target of the devil and his lies I believed
I had become a victim of the evil one
My mind became his playground with thoughts of suicide
Little did I know a much bigger hand was placed on mine
In desperation for help cried, “save me Jesus”
He came right on time
The truth became bigger than the lies
A victor I became through the power of His name
Now I live a life of peace and joy
Not ashamed of who I am
A Masterpiece of God no longer the devil’s toy
YOU CAN NEVER FORFEIT THE PRESENCE OF GOD
For He Himself has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.” Hebrews 13:5
Take a look at what the Bible says about our inheritance in Christ: “ I will never leave you nor forsake you; so we can boldly say: ‘The Lord is my helper; I will not fear. What can man do to me?” (Hebrews 13:5-6) What confidence we can have today! Do you know what “never” here means? It means that when you are up, He is with you. When you are down, He is with you. When you are glad, He is with you. When you are sad, He is with you. When you are doing right, He is with you. Even when you have failed, He is still with you.! That is what it means when Jesus said that He would never leave you nor forsake you!
Because Jesus, your prosperity, peace, provision, and wisdom, is always with you, you cannot help but prosper!
Joseph Prince
He gets the last word! I Peter 5:8-11 (Message)
Keep a cool head. Stay alert. The devil is poised to pounce, and would like nothing better than to catch you napping. Keep your guard up. You’re not the only ones plunged into these hard times. It’s the same with Christians all over the world. So keep a firm grip on the faith. The suffering won’t last forever. It won’t be long before this generous God who has great plans for us in Christ–eternal and glorious plans the are!–will have you put together and on your feet for good. He gets the last word, yes He does.
GOD, WHERE ARE YOU?
Joseph Prince
Have you ever prayed and felt like you had no answer? Cried out to God and felt like it was not heeded? Sometimes, in the worst situations, we are left wondering…where is God in the midst of this trouble I’m in?
The Bible is filled with many characters who felt this way:
ESTHER–was distressed when she found out about the evil plan to kill her people.
GIDEON–felt powerless when he compared himself to the armies around him.
DANIEL–was at his wits’ end when the King decreed to kill everyone who could not interpret his dream.
No matter what situation you may be facing today, hold on to this one truth: God is right there with you, and He has never left you.
God is an expert at turning days of difficulty into days of deliverance.
Be filled with hope as you see how your problems could be a setup for God’s promotion in your life.
YOUR TRUE DESTINY BY Kenneth Copeland
Did you know that right here in the midst of the same environment that’s dragging the world into defeat…right here in the midst of the same storms that are tearing the world apart…you and I and every other born-again child of God can live in victory!
We can put on the whole armor of God, walk right into the midst of the worst circumstances the world has to offer us, and none of them will be able to bring us down.
That’s why God told us to put on His armor in the first place! He knew it would protect us. The Word of the living God and the full armor of God is bulletproof. It’s sickness-proof, debit-proof, recession-proof. It will cause you to stand when everything around you is falling apart.
But you have to get dressed. You have to walk in it!
You can’t give it a passing nod and then go on watching what the world watches and saying what the world says. If you keep copying the world’s ways, you’re going to share the world’s destiny. But if you’ll copy Jesus–if you’ll say what He says and nothing else–you’ll share His destiny. It’s your choice.
Romans 12:2 “Be not conformed to this world, but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect will of God.” You won’t find the will of God by copying the world. You’ll find it by copying Jesus. “If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed. And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” John 8:31
2 Corinthians 10:5 “Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ.”
When we’re confronted by impossible situations in this world, we have a covenant right to factor in Jesus! Factor in the power of His Word! Factor in His Anointing!
Some say, “That sounds too easy.” No, it’s not easy! When the devil begins to pull the noose of hopelessness around your neck with poverty or sickness or some other terrible situation, you have to fight and fight hard. And you fight hard by grabbing hold of the hope in the Word and using it to demolish every thought that would rise up against it.
The battleground where hope is won or lost is not on the streets, it’s in the mind. It’s in the imagination where expectancy begins to take form. So take your stand on that battleground. Begin now to expect the anointing to destroy the yokes in your life. Begin now to expect God to keep His covenant promises to you.
Fight for that expectancy in the Name of Jesus. Take your hope, fill it with faith and storm the gates of hell. They will not prevail against you! Kenneth Copeland
“I cast down imaginations, and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God. I bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ.”
