Message for May 9, 2021 from Pastor Shirley

-WHAT IS YOUR SAY SO OF THE LORD-

David told us what his say so of the Lord was.        
I will say of the Lord, He is my Refuge and my Fortress, my God; on Him I lean and rely, and in Him I [confidently] trust”. Psalms 91:1-2                            
It doesn’t matter what others say of the Lord, it is your “say so” that will generate faith in your heart to believe.  David said, “He is my Refuge and my fortress, my God.  Could it be that Davids “say so” of who God was to him caused faith to arise in his heart.  He goes on to say,” God shall deliver, God shall cover, don’t be afraid, you shall trust.                                         
David’s “so say” caused him to have confidence in the Almighty (the all sufficient God eternally capable of being all that is people need) and that He would take care of him in spite of the storms of life. What is your “say so” of who God is?  What do you need Him to be in your life?  He is the Almighty One.  Let faith arise in your heart today as you say who God is to you.
