Message for May 29,2022 from Pastor Shirley

Seeing all that is going on in the world today can leave one feeling hopeless. And it can be for those who don’t have a personal relationship with Jesus.  Those are the ones who know their hope and help are not from the resources of this world.  The Bible tells us, “My hope is in the Lord, who made heaven and earth”.        

Hope Is a confident belief and expectation in the truths and promises of God.

These are perilous times we are seeing in the world. But God……

As covenant people we know that God takes care of those whose trust is in him.  “Let us hold tightly without wavering to the hope we affirm, for God can be trusted to keep his promise”. 

Hebrews 10:23

God has given us His great and precious promises to give us hope, joy, peace, wisdom and strength for whatever we are facing in our day. For all the promises of God in Him are “Yes,” and in Him “Amen,” to the glory of God through us.                  2 Corinthians 1:20
