Message for February 6, 2022 from Pastor Shirley

Isaiah 43:18-19  Remember not the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.                               

God did a new thing in Abraham’s life when He asked Abraham to leave his land, his family, and everything he has ever known to go to a new place. Abraham chose to trust God and leave his old life.
It was through his obedience, the nation of Israel came to be, and the lineage of Jesus.                                                         
To experience the new we must go to that place.
That place is where we will receive the blessings of God.   
It is not in understanding everything but trust and obey.
God will never lead you to a new place he has not already prepared.
